How long does it take to complete a bespoke project?

Our bespoke creations typically require approximately 4–6 weeks from the initial design consultation through final completion. This timeline allows for thoughtful design development, sourcing, craftsmanship, and finishing to ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard.
For time-sensitive occasions, we understand that expedited timelines may be needed and will always do our best to accommodate specific deadlines whenever possible.
Do you offer ring resizing services?

Yes, we offer ring resizing services. Resizing pricing depends on the design of the piece, as rings featuring stones, enamel, or intricate detailing along the band take a longer adjustment process.

Step 1 — Inquire

Start by filling out our inquiry form or contacting either one of our locations. Once received by our team we set up an initial consultation where we discuss the project, budget, design ideas and timeline. This is where all your questions regarding the process are answered and we choose to move onto the Design Stage.

Step 2 — Concept & Design

During this stage, we refine the design direction by exploring aesthetic preferences, functionality, and material selections. Every detail and inspiration is thoughtfully considered to ensure the final piece is both timeless and deeply personal — something that becomes part of your identity. Once the concept is finalized, all project specifications are outlined in a formal proposal, and a deposit is collected to begin the development process.

Step 3 — Development

During this stage, your design, along with the selected stones and materials, is transformed into a detailed CAD rendering for your review and refinement. Once the design is approved, a resin model is created to allow you to experience the piece in person — either during an in-person appointment or shipped for review. Any final adjustments are discussed at this stage before moving forward into production.

Step 4 — Production

Once final approval is received, your design moves into production, where our in-house goldsmiths and stone setters begin meticulously handcrafting your piece. After completion, each creation undergoes an extensive finishing and polishing process, followed by a comprehensive 12-step quality inspection conducted by our in-house quality control team to ensure every detail meets our standards. Your finished piece can then be collected in person at one of our locations or securely delivered to you via fully insured FedEx or UPS shipping.
